Objective

Give independent auto and motorcycle workshops a single SaaS to run servicing, spare-parts inventory, and customer history without juggling paper books and spreadsheets.

The Challenge

Most off-the-shelf retail POS tools assume packaged-goods workflows; workshops need to track services rendered, mechanic assignments, and per-vehicle history alongside parts movement, all from a counter PC and a phone on the floor.

The Solution

A workshop-first SaaS built on Cloudflare D1 with synced web and mobile clients, a service-ticket model at the core, and inventory + CRM modules that share the same job context.
