This page explains what personal data Bahrul Bangsawan collects on bahrul.me, why, and how long it is kept. The site has no advertising, no analytics trackers, and sets no cookies.

### Contact form

When you send a message from the contact form, your name, email address, and message are emailed to me so I can reply, and you receive one confirmation email. The message is not stored in a database on this site; it lives only in the two email inboxes involved.

### Booking an intro call

When you book a call, your name, email address, the chosen time, and any notes you add are used to create an event in my Google Calendar and to send the calendar invitation. That event stays in my calendar until I delete it.

### Chat assistant

The floating chat sends your question to Cloudflare AI Search, which answers it from the public content of this site. Questions are processed to generate the answer and are not written to the site's logs.

### Abuse protection and server logs

To rate-limit the contact form and chat, the site stores a short-lived counter keyed by a SHA-256 hash of your IP address, never the address itself. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) to deliver and secure the site under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

### Browser storage

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.

The public read-only API, MCP server, and /ask endpoint serve only content that is already published on this site. They require no account and collect no personal data beyond the standard request data described above.
