Bengkele is a SaaS platform providing Point of Sales (POS) and inventory management systems specifically designed for auto and motorcycle repair shop operations. Workshop owners were struggling to manage spare parts stock, record transactions, and track service history using manual processes.

We built an integrated POS and Inventory solution designed specifically for workshop workflows — covering servicing, spare parts management, and mechanic assignment. The platform needed to be intuitive enough for non-technical workshop owners while powerful enough to handle complex inventory tracking.

The solution was delivered as a web and mobile application with POS, Inventory, and CRM features. The interface was designed around common workshop scenarios: quick part lookups during service, real-time stock updates, and customer service history tracking.

The platform enables workshop owners to manage their entire operation digitally — from accepting a vehicle for service, tracking parts usage, recording mechanic work, to generating invoices — replacing fragmented manual processes with a single integrated system.
