Bisa Chat is a SaaS platform providing an integrated customer communication solution powered by Artificial Intelligence. The platform was designed to help businesses manage customer interactions from multiple channels โ WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and website chat โ within a single centralized dashboard.
The technical challenge was building an AI/NLP system optimized for the local Indonesian context, capable of understanding and responding to conversations in Indonesian including slang and dialect variations. The chatbot needed to handle common inquiries automatically while seamlessly escalating complex issues to human agents.
We developed the platform architecture to support e-commerce, banking, fintech, and large-scale contact centers requiring 24/7 customer service with instant responses and high-level automation. The AI training pipeline was built to continuously improve response accuracy based on real conversation data.
