Heads up: Watch out for the file name, red columns (mandatory), and green columns (optional). And please donโ€™t change the column names!

Standard Column Format

Mandatory Columns

  • timestamp โ€“ ISO 8601 date-time format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss. Example: 2025-02-04 07:37:16
  • branch โ€“ Only KYZN BSD or KYZN Kuningan
  • name โ€“ Letters only, capitalised first letter. Example: Bahrul Bangsawan
  • phone โ€“ Start with 628, not 8. Example: 6282129505610
  • source โ€“ Use the tracking framework standard. Example: paid_event
  • sremarks โ€“ For paid_event, inhouse_event, free_event, booth_event use the event ID. For meta_ads use adset ID. Example: 220240115-1705303680--open-booth-dekhad
  • medium โ€“ Tracking framework standard. Example: event_form
  • mremarks โ€“ Tracking framework standard. Example: wa
  • contact_owner โ€“ The PIC who gets the lead. Example: Siska
  • interest โ€“ Use the standard interest category. Example: Membership Kids
  • interest_remarks โ€“ Use the standard interest remarks. Example: Academy Pass 12 Months

Optional Columns

  • email โ€“ Must be clear and contactable. Example: hello@kyzn.life
  • dob โ€“ Date of birth in ISO 8601: YYYY-MM-DD. Example: 1999-12-26
  • content โ€“ Info about content or material the customer saw. Example: https://www.instagram.com/p/DFmuV7UpLYp/
  • pic โ€“ The assigned person who will contact the customer. Example: Desra
  • gender โ€“ Male or Female. Capital letters, English only. Example: Male

Event Terminology

Definitions

  • paid_event โ€“ Paid events (ticketing/venue rental) that generate revenue. Examples: Birthday Party, Competition, Gathering, Paid Open Class. Category: Activation
  • free_event โ€“ Free events with barter value or partnerships. Example: Free Open Class. Category: Activation
  • booth_event โ€“ Events with booths in malls/public areas to reach a wider audience. Category: Acquisition activities
  • inhouse_event โ€“ Internal KYZN events to attract leads or meet member needs. Category: โ€“

  • B2B โ€“ Free Event: free_event โ€“ Anniversary, Gathering, Seminar, Talk Show, Town Hall, Competition, Sports Non-Competition

Cleaning Data

Follow these simple steps to get your data sparkling clean:

Step 1: Format the timestamp column

Use ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss

  1. Select column B
  2. Click More Format (the 123 icon)
  3. Choose date-time format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss (like 2025-02-04 07:37:16)
  4. Done!

Step 2: Clean the phone column

Make sure every number starts with 628, not 8. Use Rubot โ†’ Data Processing โ†’ Cleaning Phone Numbers.

Step 3: Clean the name column

Use Rubot โ†’ Data Processing โ†’ Cleaning Text.

Step 4: Adjust source, sremarks, medium, mremarks

Important: If the event hasnโ€™t been created in Event Manager (budget.kyzn.life), create it first to get the sremarks from the event ID.

How to copy the event ID:

  1. Go to Event Manager
  2. Click the event detail
  3. Click Copy

Then fill in:

  • source โ€“ Copy from Event Manager, e.g. free_event
  • sremarks โ€“ Copy from Event Manager, e.g. 220240115-1705303680--open-booth-dekhad
  • medium โ€“ Use the medium framework, e.g. bulk_data
  • mremarks โ€“ Use the medium framework, e.g. form

Step 5: Adjust pic, contact_owner, interest, interest_remarks

  • pic โ€“ The assigned person contacting the customer, e.g. Ulfa
  • contact_owner โ€“ The PIC who got the lead, e.g. Siska
  • interest โ€“ Standard interest category, e.g. Membership Kids
  • interest_remarks โ€“ Standard interest remarks, e.g. Academy Pass 12 Months

Step 6: Remove duplicates

  1. Click Data menu
  2. Choose Data clean-up
  3. Select Remove Duplicate
  4. Check only column E (the phone column)
  5. Click Remove Duplicate

Youโ€™re all set! Your bulk event data is now clean and ready to roll.
